Opera troupe which toured India & Burma in 1891.
THE FLETCHER-HARVEY TROUPE – We hear that the Harvey and Fletcher combination, which was to have paid Penang a visit, burst up in Rangoon, and that Frank Fletcher and his wife have joined the remnants of Willard’s Opera Co. [Straits Independent & Penang Chronicle, 6 Jan. 1892]
Performed in India during 1891, then went on to Burma where they disbanded in Rangoon. It’s not known if they performed in Rangoon.
