About

A 54-metre high clock tower, completed in 1905, connects Victoria Theatre and Memorial Hall (later Victoria Concert Hall). Below the tower was an open-air passageway that was covered up in the 1950s. Reports in the 1920s suggest that performances took place in or near this area, below the clock tower.
